The Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin are back!
With £128,500 in prize money, the awards celebrate and recognise the remarkable dedication and commitment of those working at the grassroots of horse racing, who provide the best possible care to our horses and people.
There are six award categories, and the criteria and nominee qualities are detailed on the award category page. Who do you know that goes above and beyond, who deserves to be nominated for one of these awards?

Nominations are now open for the 2023 Awards and can be made online or by video.
Nominations close on Tuesday 8 November 2022. Anyone can nominate anyone who is employed in a racing yard or stud directly or indirectly including administrative staff.
Following two years of virtual ceremonies, screened live by Racing TV, an in-person awards ceremony will return in 2023 with final judging and the awards ceremony taking place on Monday 20 February 2023.
