Yard Managers Course this March

Already supervise staff and looking to develop your knowledge and skillset? The Racing Staff Development Programme & The British Racing School are holding a Yard Managers Course on 27th & 28th March at Middleham Key Centre.

The course will run from 2pm – 5pm on both days.

What will it cover?

• Communication
• Handling conflict
• Employment law
• Motivation
• Team Building
• Styles of leadership

Who’s eligible to attend?

The course is suitable for anyone who currently supervises staff in a racing yard or stud farm.

The course is free to industry staff.
Places are on a first-come, first-served basis. Initially, one place per yard and other places will then be offered if spaces allow.
