Help shape wellbeing in horseracing

For the very first time, the horseracing industry is aiming to measure and understand the wellbeing of all its people. The ‘Wellbeing Across the Horseracing Industry Survey’ is a chance for you to have your say and to impact the future of workplace wellbeing across the industry.

The survey is aiming to collate responses from everyone working across the sport, whatever their role, which is why it is so important that Racing Welfare hear from YOU. The results of this survey will enable the collection of baseline data about wellbeing throughout the industry and will be crucial in enabling improvement for the health and wellbeing of horseracing’s people going forward.
