Racing Homes is Racing Welfare’s own Housing Association – a housing provider, which owns and manages 165 properties across racing centres including: Newmarket, Lambourn, Epsom, and Malton and Middleham.

As a charity, they are committed to providing housing to those in the horseracing community who would otherwise find it difficult to compete in the private rented sector at stages in their life when they need it most. Their focus is to provide housing to older, largely retired people from the horseracing industry and to young people (18-24) who are starting out in their horseracing careers.

There are currently vacancies at the following locations:

Newmarket

3 x rooms for retired racing staff
4 x rooms for young people (18 – 24)
3 x rooms for working staff with families

Lambourn

1 x room for young people (18 – 24)

Malton

3 x rooms for young people (18 – 24)

Epsom

1 x room for working staff or young people (18 – 24)
