Two-day course | 21 & 22 March | The Racing Centre (Newmarket)

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an accredited training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but it will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis – and even potentially stop a crisis from happening.

Previous attendees described the course as ‘excellent and informative’ ‘engaging, open and positive’, with one delegate saying that they thought the ‘course should be at every workplace.’ Don’t miss out and get your spot booked today:

Session 1: Tuesday 21st March 2023 (9am – 5pm)
Session 2: Wednesday 22nd March 2023 (9am – 5pm)
Lunch and refreshments will be provided

The course is subsidised by Racing Welfare and costs £88 per person (usually £300).
